How can I buy my books?
MC Books & More has stores on all three campuses.
The Takoma Park/Silver Spring Bookstore is located on the second floor of the Student Services Building (ST on map).
The Rockville Bookstore is located on the first floor of the Campus Center Building (CC on map).
The Germantown Bookstore is located on the lower level of the Humanities and Social Science Building (HS on map).
In addition, you can buy your books online, through MBS Direct, a national distributor of textbooks.

How can I return my books/what is your refund policy?
During the semester, textbooks can be returned within 24 hours from the purchase date per the original cash register receipt. Textbook refunds are not allowed during mid-term or finals. Textbooks can be returned within the first two (2) weeks of the fall and spring semester with the original sales receipt. Textbooks must be returned within the first 3 days of summer semesters and sessions that start at non-traditional times of the year with the original sales receipt.
No refunds will be made without an original receipt.
All Text and Merchandise must be returned to the store from which it was purchased in its original, unopened condition.

How can I use financial aid to pay for my books?
Student Financial Aid (SFA) candidates can apply for a book credit through the Financial Aid Office. Once approved, SFA candidates can come in to any of our campus locations to pick up their books. At this time, SFA recipients cannot use financial aid to pay for online orders. Financial Aid generally lasts the first two weeks of the fall and spring semesters.
