No refunds will be made without an original receipt.

 
All Text and Merchandise must be returned to the store from which it was purchased in its original, unopened condition.

Textbook Refund Period: During the semester, textbooks can be returned within 48 hours from the purchase date per the original cash register receipt. Textbook refunds are not allowed during mid-term or finals. Textbooks can be returned within the first two (2) weeks of the fall and spring semester with the original sales receipt. Textbooks must be returned within the first week of summer semesters and sessions that start at non-traditional times of the year with the original sales receipt. Non-text refunds:

 

Non-text refunds will be issued for seven calendar days from the purchase date. No refunds will be given on food, sale items, study aides, magazines, software, jewelry, special orders and electronics. Please see the Bookstore staff if you have any questions or concerns.
